The space
A great comfortable space with remarkable ability to sleep a large family or group. Lovely living area and efficient kitchen and eat-in kitchen dining area.
Two King Bedrooms with Sleep Number / Select Comfort beds and bath with large walk in shower.
Downstairs has a big bedroom with two Kings, plus foosball table... (soon adding billiards and ping pong topper!)
Utility room with Washer and Dryer.
Double Bungalow (side by side townhouse), parking for at least one vehicle on site (No on-street parking challenges, except Sunday morning when the nearby Catholic Church has services!). Bus at the corner.
Total Four Sleep Number / Select Comfort King and Queen Beds. Two bedrooms on main floor and One in lower level that has two beds. Sleeps eight in the four beds. A
Three additional sofa futons sleep three to six. Total occupancy up to 10. Crib and PakNPlay available also on specific request.
Kitchen has refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, four burner stove with oven. All plates, pots, pans, utensils included.

Bath is tub and shower!

This location is on the south end of the Lakes area, with easy freeway - bus - bikeway (Bike Boulevard) access to the heart of Uptown AND Downtown Minneapolis, Mall of America, and everything that brought you here.
It is a few blocks north to Lake Harriet and the Rose Garden, Japanese Garden, Bird Sanctuary, Music Pavilion, etc. About four miles to downtown.
We are 15-25 minutes from all major attractions: Amusement Parks, Casinos and Racetracks, Museums, Mall of America, and of course the Airport.
Very close to downtown Minneapolis Convention Center and Convenient to the University of Minnesota. It is possible to attend a conference or trade show at the Convention Center more easily here than staying at some downtown hotels.
We are close to all the cultural and recreational activities Minneapolis offers.
Location is on bus lines to Downtown.
You can also take the bus downtown and transfer to light rail to the Airport and Mall of America. Use the Metrotransit website to see other options.
RESTAURANT NOTE: You can look by restaurants that use an independent DELIVERY service, you have your own room service!
Convenient to Metro Hospitals-- University of Minnesota, Methodist, Abbott Northwestern, Fairview Southdale.
Scott and Jenna are always available by Internet and smart phone. (24 hours per day for emergencies)

Neighborhood overview
Fabulous SW Minneapolis near the Chain of Lakes, Minnehaha Creek, Uptown, Mall of America, etc.
Lovely neighborhood... As mentioned in main description, you have a coffee shop on the corner, and in both directions other restaurants, etc. To the east the corner of 50th and Penn has several restaurants. To the west is 50th and France in Edina. Many, many restaurants and stores, including Lunds and Byerlys grocery with incredible deli.

Other things to note
We cannot have any parties at this location. Parking is standard for a big city. There is ONE parking spot inside the garage, there is ONE parking spot in front of the garage, angled off an alley. Limited parking on street in front (bus stop is right there!) Not a critical parking area... however Minneapolis does have snow emergencies in the winter, so you want to pay attention to which streets you can park on, on which days.
PROPERTY RULES:
1. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES. There are several reasons for this. Most of our units are in multi-family buildings. If not, our urban locations are very close to neighbors. NO outdoor amplified music, or open windows with loud music. Quiet hours are 10PM to 6AM. Any exceptions would have to be approved explicitly, with all details in writing, in advance. Any police visit for noise or nuisance is grounds for immediate termination of your stay.
2. Some cities require ID of all guests, just like checking into a regular hotel. We generally require the ID to be sent to us via email. The city may also require signing a standard guest occupancy agreement.
3. Smoking and vaping are NOT allowed inside the building. Smoking is allowed outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and be careful with the use of fire. (Smoking and broken vaping vials can result in minimum charge of $300)
4. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of guest.
5. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
6. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Guest agrees that Internet access will not be used for illegal or illicit purposes and indemnifies Homeowner against criminal and civil prosecution for such conduct.
7. Pets are permitted only with prior approval, are generally limited to service animals, and we may require the Pet Addendum if a pet will stay at a unit. We do not accept pets at all units. Note to those with allergies: cats and dogs may have stayed in the unit in the past. Please keep in mind we thoroughly clean with HEPA type vacuums and all linens are laundered after every guest, but we cannot warrant that any unit will be completely free of pet dander or other allergens. NOTICE: In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Minnesota Human Rights Act, service animals can be accommodated. Service animals, as defined by Federal Law, are "individually trained to perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability." The work or tasks performed must be directly related the handler's disability. All other pets and animals, including those whose purpose is to provide emotional support, and not allowed in our accommodations without specific permission, as they do not quality as service animals. Thank you for your cooperation. Please cooperate, as you may save the health or life of a person with allergies.
8. Parking: There is usually no limit to parking on the streets near the building, as long as you observe posted signs and move cars at least every 72 hours. NOTE that in winter, there are “Snow Emergencies” declared for plowing and your car must be off-street. NOTE that maintenance crews may prohibit parking, please look for signs. Consult with management regarding where to park at that time. Off street parking is generally limited to one vehicle(s), however two vehicles may be parked one behind the other in the reserved space. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. Housekeeping: While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service or laundry is not included in the rental rate. It is an option, however. Please ask about for cost. Please ask if you need beach towels. We do not permit standard bath towels or linens to be taken from the units.
10. Hot tub or jetted tub (if in this unit). No children are permitted to use any tub without constant adult supervision. When using the public beaches or tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with all facilities. For instance diabetics should not use tubs for extended periods. The timer on the tub should be the maximum time of individual use. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers sanitize tubs prior to your arrival. Be careful in using a jetted tub. There must be adequate water, but not too much water. Please do not overfill, there is no drain in the bath area .
11. Fire. Candle use is not permitted inside the unit: Any outdoor firepit, gas barbecue or candles may be used with caution. Ask for assistance and instruction before using for the first time. Do not leave a fire unattended. Ask for instruction if you have not used these items before, or if they are not identical to those you have used in the past.
12. Underage Drinking ./ Illegal Drugs: Guest(s) agree not to allow anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages on the premises. Guest(s) agree not to use nor permit the use of any non-prescription drugs on the premises.
13. Disrespectful Behavior: Guest(s) agree and understand that certain things won't be tolerated, including (without limitation) disrespect of property, property owners, neighbors, or company management. Guest(s) shall be respectful at all times. In the event of disrespectful behavior, guest(s) shall be liable for an additional $500 fee.
14. Holdover: Guest(s) agree and understand that they must vacate the premises upon expiration of the rental term date and time of day (10 AM unless prior agreement). In the event Resident(s) remain on the premises after the expiration of the rental term, Resident(s) shall be liable for standard rental rate plus $200/day additional fee until the guest(s) voluntarily leave or are evicted from the premises by the authorities.
